Return Policy

Please note the following about our Returns Policy.

General

  • For all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items, it must be reported within 30 days of the order date.
  • Please contact us at forever8legendz@gmail.com with photos/descriptions of the damage. Once we have received the returned items, your order will be redone/replaced or refunded.

 Photography/Wall Art

  • For art prints, frames and canvases that are not damaged, but you are not satisfied with, the cost of the return shipment will not be refunded.

 Garments

  • For garments that are not damaged, but you are not satisfied with, the cost of the return shipment will not be refunded.
  • If we receive your apparel item NOT in original condition*, we will not be able to process your return and refund a payment. In this case, we will ship the item back to you and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Forever Legendz will not accept returns if:
    • The item has been worn or washed.
    • The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors.
    • The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes.
    • There are alterations or modifications of any kind.

  • e-Gifts will be delivered via email and are considered final sale.
